When you think of the trippy, psychedelic era of the Beatles, the images you probably conjure are those from their Yellow Submarine days. The film which sprang from the song of the same by John Lennon and Paul McCartney is a fantasy animation adventure and is often credited with drawing attention (geddit) to animation as a serious artform.
