Converse China Skate Team Rider-Xu Ying
第一眼看到许莹粗壮的身材和满脸络腮胡子就立刻联想起典型的硬汉形象：大碗喝酒大口吃肉，少言寡语，脾气暴躁。
完全错，以貌取人常使人犯错，这次丝毫不例外。
在生活中，留着满脸胡子的纯爷们形象忽然开口却挺柔，“喔～，太棒了”，这当然是个玩笑，我只想以此说明生活中的种种戏剧性情节——貌似粗鲁时常浑身是土的许莹其实是一个温和的佛教徒，食素，这立刻解释了他的纹身——位于头上的一朵莲花。莲花在炎热夏季的水中盛开，自然代表在烦恼的人间带来清凉的境界。佛祖就是淤泥间挺然而出，证得正觉。所以莲花是从烦恼中解脱的化身。 
深得佛法耳濡目染的许莹自然对一切世间真实而正确的的事理了然于心，偶尔脱口而出的名言警句也自然毫不稀奇，甚至颇有哲学家的架势，更是喜欢对所见所闻发表滔滔不绝的见解，却也时而智语不断妙趣横生。时常与他在一起的话怕也是可以忘却不少烦恼，悠然自在吧！
踩上滑板，许莹的勇猛之气就立刻充满全身，高速的滑行，硬朗的动作，一旦尝试，决不放弃的风格真有点符合他的外表形象，对他的滑板风格可以用套用一句台词：“No man, no trick，no obstacle can stop him.” 
Xu Ying
Xu Ying is a thick man with a FULL BEARD. At first sight, I thought the guy in front of me was a typical tough guy, who likes to chug alcohol and swallow meat whole, someone with few words who speaks with their muscle.
Totally wrong. Judging people from their appearance can totally mislead you, just like with Xu Ying.
The tough guy who is always covered in dirt, is not crude at all. He is actually a vegetarian Buddhist with a lotus tattoo on his head. A lotus blooming in water in the summer heat represents the hope to bring calm and coolness into a troubled world. Just like the Buddha, the lotus is the symbol of one who frees himself and is reborn in a pure land.
Touched by his Buddhism, Xu Ying knows the truth of the world in his heart and it’ s not uncommon for him to drop pearls of wisdom. He has the way of a philosopher who loves to discuss his opinions and his sharp wit always makes for a good conversation. His presence takes away people’s worries and relieves pressure.
When Xu Ying is skating courage fills his body. With high speed and hearty moves, he never gives up after the first try. Just like his appearance, his skating style can be summed in one line, ‘No man, no trick，no obstacle can stop him.’
