P-rod和好朋友Theotis来到球场上，看见球员用重复的动作得分，Theotis响起了哨子。看着球员一脸郁闷的表情，他俩在一个滑手的角度给球员上了一课，"ABD"=Already Been Done，重复的动作不再做，至少得创新，才是滑手应有的风采嘛！
