Shut Skateboards是Rodney Smith和Bruno Musso在1986年一起成立的一个滑板公司，当时的美国正值滑板业快速发展的时刻，Rodney Smith在1991年对公司进行了重大改革，公司名字也改为了现在著名的“ZOO YORK”.
